Anti-Seize I Pipe Dopes

• API Lead 60 - 60% Fine particle lead powder evenly dispersed into a water repellent grease for application to drill rod threads where a high pressure gas-tight seal is required.
• ZN50% - 50% Zinc powder in a water resistant grease, designed to be applied to drill rods and other rotary equipment - numerous oilfield applications.
• API Modified Thread Compound - High percentage of lubricating solids in grease - manufactured according to API 5A2.
• Casplex - High performance high temperature product for use over the entire string - contains fine particle copper flake dispersed into a complex soap thickened grease.
• Copper Anti Seize - General purpose copper anti-seize compound for threaded connections and fasteners.
• Aluminium Anti-Seize - Very water repellent multi-purpose silver coloured anti- seize grease for use where the presence of copper may be undesirable.
• Non-Metallic Thread Compound NM-TC - Very high performance new generation anti-seize and pipe dope - free from any metallic content for use in drill applications where there are environmental concerns and where a metal free product is required.
• R5 - A range of high density anti-seize and assembly compounds, formulated to contain a high percentage of molybdenum disulphide and / or graphite in a selection of carrier greases. Multiple workshop and assembly applications, including; studs, fasteners, flange assemblies and quick release mechanisms - designed for use on mechanisms subjected to long-term service duties.

Drilling Lubricant

• M-Cot 60 - Environmentally acceptable drilling lubricant - designed to be compatible with most drilling fluids - reduces torque and down hole drag over the length of drill string.

Valve Lubricants

• Valve Lube - CMG Multi-purpose valve lubricant and sealant, contains a very high percentage of solid lubricants.
• Valve Lube CSG Manufactured to a major OEM specification - general purpose valve lube for application over -30°C to +120°C
• Red Rubber Grease - General-purpose vegetable oil base grease, with good resistance to hydrocarbons and excellent seal compatibility.
• Silicone Grease - Special non-setting silicone compound for numerous applications, high resistance to water and steam.
• VMSG - Silicone grease as above, but blended to contain a high percentage of molybdenum disulphide for severely loaded lubrication duties.
• Fluorosil Ultra - Special adhesive grease for use in areas subjected to severe chemical attack.
• Sil-Lith 2 PTFE - High performance - purpose made product designed for use as a lubricant and sealant for down-hole oilfield tools where there is a concern over ingress of corrosive well contaminan

• PFPE 260 - Perfluorinated Polyether Grease for use in valves and other equipment subjected to severe chemical corrosion and extremes of temperature up to +260°C.

Open Gear, Rope and Chain Lubricans

• Wire Rope BMG - High performance - long life wire rope dressing with solid lubricants.
• Wire Rope BMG-S - As above but with a special solvent for ease of application, high penetrative fluid that can be applied onto wet ropes.
• V   200R - Traditional wire rope lubricant manufactured from heavy residual oils.
• V   600S - Viscous and adhesive product - for general-purpose lubrication of Open Gears, Wire Rope and Chains.
• V   2000 - Traditional heavy residual based compound - provides highly tenacious lubrication of heavily loaded gears.
• Gear Grip MG - Fully synthetic open gear lubricant containing a high percentage of solid lubricants. Outstanding gear teeth protection and resistance to severe shock loading.
• Chain Grip S - Fully synthetic chain lubricant with additional solids - intended for use on heavily loaded drive chains.

• 00 VMLG/T - Special anti-wear fluid grease for long life lubrication of gearboxes subjected to severe shock loading.
